Uploading paches to nord lead 2x

I am asking for help and instructions on how to set up MIDI OX so that I can send paches to my lead 2x when connected via a USB MIDI cable (I have a MIO I-connect cable). I'm new to this topic and I don't know how to do it. Thank you in advance for your help.
