Hi folks,

can't find a NS4 Factory Restore File on the Nordkeyboards download page.
Will this be there later or do I make a mistake during searching for the NS4 Factory Soundfile...?
The other thing I don't understand ist the fact that there is the possibility to choose the NS4 at the Piano Library but the Piano Files are the same for the Stage4 as the Stage3 even though they talk about enhanced Piano samples...?

Do not understand that...

Nord Piano Library on Nord website not yet updated for NS4

This brings up a new wrinkle in updating the Stage 4 as it comes with a large collection of preset voices that could potentially be updated from time to time. Will any new presets be supplied as part of OS updates or will you have to extract them from newer releases of the factory restore bundle?

OS Updates are just firmware, sometimes they also update the Factory Restore file (but not always/necessarily).

What Nord does lately instead is to release the so called Signature Library made by some famous Nord endorser, I am pretty sure you will see some for NS4 soon.

Since presets are new to the Nord Stage, I guess it remains to be seen how/if Nord will update or add to their factory ones.

True. Though we've had synth presets with the Stage 3, until the NS4 the user still needed the program to finish it off with effects/EQ/Amp/Reverb. Now that a complete organ, piano, or synth sound can be saved as a single or multi-layer preset, I think we'll see quite a few posted here as well, with or without programs.
