Hi Everyone.

I have a Electro 5HP

In these last days I've noticed that the low B key does not play piano sounds. Ok for organ and Sample but no piano sounds.

Easy problem to solve? I have to clean internal keys? sobstitue anything?

If you know how the keys work, it may be probable that one of the two contacts of the key doesn't work - maybe due to some dirt on the contact (under the rubber band). The organ doesn't need both contacts as a sound is only on or off - a piano needs both contacts to calculate velocity. I'm wondering about the sample playing - in my eyes it shouldn't.

Does the Electro 5HP have a system menu setting concerning the trigger point for organ playing? Then you could see what happens if you change the trigger point - if then the organ is dead, too, it's more likely that the problem can be solved by carefully cleaning the contact inside the instrument.
