Key friction issue NS3 HH 88

Hi everyone!

I bought my Nord Stage 3 HH 88 in 2019 semi new. It worked fine, F4 was squeaking but it was not a big issue, till the end of last year when the D4 key was a bit heavyer on pressure and slower to come back on its position than the others.

I disassembled the Nord and found out that the issue was related to the friction the key had on the lubricated rubber guide. I replaced the original D4 keys with D7 keys and problem remained so i tried to use another D2 keys and it worked.

I lubricated also the other part of the keys i disassembled but now I'm having the same issue with the E4 key. I already tried to replace it with other E keys but didn't work. I'm starting to think that the rubber guide might be leading to this. Any advice?
