Re: HERE IT COMES STAGE 4 ?

Having checked at thomann webshop, they seem to have delisted those Stages which were sold out - the 88 and the 76HP - while leaving the resp. bundles in at their normal prices but with the remark „available in some months“. The Stage 3 compact which they still have on stock is available at its normal price which I think is a sign that their stock is not too high to sell them out before a new model comes in. All in all I think a 4 is at the door.

Believe me, as company you don't want the programmer get in direct touch with the customer... ;)

Exactly this !! (apart from the fact that this does not fit the role of the job)

Absolutely!

For one, programmers are hired for their coding skills and explicitly NOT for their communications skills.

For another, programmers really need to spend their time coding.

3650 isnt the normal price for stage 3 compact… stage 3 compact was lower than grand and if i remember correct it was a bit more expensive from piano 5 which is at 3100..

There was a „normal“ time before CoVid where we saw low, even heavily discounted prices during the last three months of a year. At that time a Stage 3 compact was at 2.999,- €, sometimes also another 100 € less. This situation seems long ago. Since ressources are short, energy is expensive and life ain‘t that easy anymore a Compact‘s price rose. Those 3.499,- are standard at least over the recent two or three months. Here in Germany. No idea about the rest of the world.

Right now 3650 compact around 4000-4100 for 76 and 4600 for 88 at thomann..

Which means if stage 4 is the next instrument then its going to be around 4500-4800 euros

I think it is possible that Nord might release a completely new instrument, not a Stage, Electro, or Wave but perhaps a hybrid of the best of each-

That's literally what the Stage series has always been, more or less (yes, the individual specialists sometimes had more options, better keyboard action, more layers, whatever).
