Can we expand memory?

Postby mrvegas » 04 Feb 2023, 22:14

I know this has been covered before, but I am brand new to the NS3. I got excited about adding the White Grand only to find out that it takes 245MB and I only have 7MB available on my factory keyboard. That means I would have to delete LOTS of other pianos just to fit one more grand piano on there.

Is there any way to add memory to the motherboard or thru the USB port?

You see, the factory load is something like a suggestion or a demonstration of a nord‘s capability. I‘m sure you will never need all what‘s in there. I have rather fast deleted many pianos, I guess I kept only two XLs plus two or three Ms. Don‘t be afraid to try it. All is restorable.
