If you purely want the lightest stand, this one probably fits the bill: https://www.k-m.de/en/products/keyboard ... lack?c=170
I have one myself and can confirm it is extremely light. Strong as well, I'm able to use a Nord Piano with it without any worry about stability.

So Mike, you play standing up?
Here’s my gig rig:
- Stage 3HP with Nord music rack, Nord metal legs, all in Nord rolling case (at 53 lbs, rolling is a must - a lot of that is the case itself
- OnStage bench
- pedal/cable backpack
- satchel for valuable/delicate electronics (IPad, Firefly, BT MIDI, Apple Pencil)
I can do this in one trip, but sometimes I have more time than muscle

Re: Looking for (extremely) portable stand if one exists
I play sitting down. Chair usually provided. Pretty common for big band.
In the case I need to bring something to sit on, I have the same folding bench as you. The single trip is negated then. Very rare for the bench to come out though.
I see you don't carry an amp. Guess you go through a PA w/ monitors or in-ears?
I did buy the Nord legs when I first got the Stage, but it was just way to heavy and bulky. I also did try using the rolling bag, but that was too heavy as well. I really lucked out with the Fusion bag. They don't seem to make that size anymore. Too bad, as they're only 7 lbs.
I do carry an iPad as well for all my charts. 150 charts across 3 big bands means a lot of paper. It's all scanned in and organized with forScore. The iPad is in a protective case that I slide into the keyboard bag.

Re: Looking for (extremely) portable stand if one exists
I have a K&M 18826. It's a bit heavier than the 18880 as it's made of steel rather than aluminium, but smaller when folded. Very nice and stable - it's a K&M product after all. What I like the most is that unlike X-stands, the stand doesn't get in the way of pedals. I always use two pedals - sustain and expression. It could go just a bit higher for playing standing up (I'm 180 cm tall), but it doesn't bother me - using two pedals while standing isn't the most comfortable thing to do, so I always sit.
In addition I use this bench, cheap, but very durable and good quality and exactly the right color for Nord players:

And they both fit perfectly in this bag:
