Nord Grand - Press Keyboard ERR

Hello,

I have the following problem on a Nord Grand. The keyboard is not working anymore. Tried to reset to Factory Settings, to update The Soft. Nothing worked. Have This error from the picture attached. Any advice? Thanks!

Hi, from the message it seems a problem with the keybed internal memory that holds the calibration data -> send to Nord service.
