Hi Nord Electro forum members!
I bought my Nord Electro couple days ago and found out that one of rubber feet is loose and I wanted to tighten it up. What tool should I use to make it? Now it is turning clockwise and I am afraid to lose this detail. Appreciate your help!

Re: Rubber feet loose, need to tighten it up
Unless they have changed anything recently, the rubber feet on Nords are attached via rivets, which aren't easily tightened. To really fix it, you'd probably need to remove and replace the rivet. That likely requires opening up the instrument and might create a bit of risk unless you're really comfortable with this kind of thing. If you just bought this new, it may be worth seeing if the shop will send you a replacement. It does sound kind of minor, though. Another option would be wedging in something to tighten it up - maybe get a plumbing washer and wedge that around the rubber foot.

Definitely take it back to the store if it is under warranty.

Re: Rubber feet loose, need to tighten it up
Eric and Elias, appreciate your recommendations!
If it's interesting I will tell you what had happened next: I called merchant, they advised me to tighten it up with small allen key and it worked out) At least it is not moving so easily clockwise now. I decided to leave as it is and not change it, it's a small issue. Thanks for your advices! I was definitely ready to start exchange procedure but then it was fixed. Happy Friday!
