I got a pitch stick calibration error message this week on V.2.10.
It has worked perfectly ½ year until today. I have not made program change or uploaded to NS3
I just updated to V.2.20 and the pitch stick still doesn’t work.
I can see more people having the same problem and I have tried all of your solutions at startup with no success the worrying thing is that sometimes it works again for you ????
How did you process Pitch Stick before it melted error
I use it a lot sometimes I let go and the big fourth strikes back to zero it can damage the hardware?
Does anyone know if this is a hardware problem
(Sorry if I've come to post the same in two groups)

One post for one problem should be enough, please don't post the same stuff on multiple threads (I replied on your other dedicated one)

Welcome to the forum. Please note that multiple posts on different forums are not allowed and are deleted by the moderators.
The pitchstick uses a pair of flexing sensor that can break, but I wonder if the pitch stick connector has been dislodged and produces the same error.
If I were you and the instrument is under warranty I would contact the service in your country.

Re: Pitch Stick calibration error (NS3 OS 1.52)
Now it's fine. I found some trick: when problem with calibration doesn't want to disappear I have changed a position of ps during boot a little bit to the left side. Means maybe the problem is in the position of pitch stick, its not perfectly in 0....
I have had my NS3 just under 3 years. Been giving the pitch stick more action in the past year or so. Just today started having "pitch stick calibration error" on boot. I've been successfully using the approach above, except I just *barely* touch it on the left, moving it ever so slightly to the RIGHT, and mine has started without the error the past several times in a row. At least there is a workaround (so far, not having to replace the pitch stick assembly).
