bought a package from synthcloud - doesnt work

bought a package from synthcloud - doesnt work

So I DL'd a pink floyd package from synthcloud. The files won't transfer to nord manager.

any tips?
Nord Electro 6D-->Soundcraft 12fx mixing board-->QSC 12.2 powered speaker

Which package did you buy? I could only find the Floydian package for the Nord Lead 4, which would not transfer to an Electro (AFAIK).
Current rig: Nord Electro SW4, Kurzweil K2500XS, Roland XP-30, Proteus 2000, QSC K8.2, QSC K10.2, Yamaha HS80M, Auratones, Mackie 802-VLZ3, Focusrite Saphire Pro 40, MOTU MicroLite, Samsung Servo 120a, Sony MDR 7506 & MDR 7509HD, Sennheiser HD-650

What's the file type?

I don't see any for the Electro. Only Stage, Wave, and Lead.

@OP: if the whole package comes as an archive file such as zip, rar or similar you need to unpack it first. Then the programs, samples or bundles should be accessable from Nord Sound Manager.
