Hi there, I'm looking for the sound of ELPs "Fanfare for the common man". Has anybody these sound to share or can anyone program it for me? Thanks a lot in advance

Those might be around, but I haven't seen them. The original uses a recorded orchestra for the signature horn part. Since that's a difficult-to-program sound, you might be better off just sampling the intro, as I've seen done by other bands.

Hello, and welcome to the Forum! As noted by cphollis, for the orchestra here's an example using "Brass_05 W.nsmp" from my post at https://www.norduserforum.com/post150547.html#p150547 with a lot of reverb added. Adding another sample like "Final Brass Motif" by Ivan Jochner at https://www.norduserforum.com/post106093.html#p106093 can fatten it up a little if you want it to have more of a synth sound to it. One of the other synths sounds somewhat like a harmonica - try Bluesharp stock sample 192 for that. Others here might be able to help with suggestions; I'll look around when I have a little more time as well. Good luck to you!

You're welcome! Brass_05 is a mix of a Korg brass preset and the Mellotron Trumpets Legato (stock sample 60). As reverb is pretty forgiving, I also got pretty close to the same sound for this song using just Trumpets Legato with some EQ and OSC2 set on 7 MixSaw to provide more options on the attack and overall sound. How do I get rh sound in the format to load it up to the Nord? Do I have to transfer the mp3?
