Hi, any help appreciated.
Suddenly the volume from the sample synth side is reduced by 90%, I can barely hear it with it turned all the way up. The piano side is full volume. I need to switch back and forth frequently in the tunes I am doing. It seams like an issue that may require repair. Does anyone have any experience or advice?

I am not sure what is causing your problem, but I think it unlikely repair might be required. If it can make piano sounds, it should be able to make sample sounds. Is it all samples, or just a few presets? Are you using separate outputs for piano/sample?

Just a check: are you using a CtrlPedal and/or have any different pedal plugged by mistake into the CtrlPed jack?

I updated the OS, and it is improved. It is all sounds on the Sample Synth module. I think I can make it usable by jacking up the master level and turning down the piano module. The email I got back from American Music and Sound indicated that it would require service by an authorized Nord tech. I do have a volume pedal that I use with the Sample Synth side. It is not playing a role here. Thanks for your input folks.
