Hi,
I've tried to contact Nord through the Contact Technical Support form on their website (https://www.nordkeyboards.com/support), but each time I get an error "e-mail could not be sent - contact site administrator". Same with the Feedback form (https://www.nordkeyboards.com/about-us/feedback).
Is it just me or does anybody run into the same problem?
Is there another way to contact them concerning a very specific technical problem?

The first thing that came to my mind yesterday when I couldn't reach the website at all for an hour or so was: How to get in contact with Nord if there is some issue? Of course, there are phone numbers, but I didn't have them. They are stored now (https://www.nordkeyboards.com/contact).

Consider anyway that, as stated on that support page
Contact Technical Support
After you have submitted your support request, it will be sent to our distributor in your country. A copy will also be CC'ed to the Nord HQ.
So your first entry point is always your country distributor and/or point of purchase. If everyone bypasses that route I would not be surprised if Nord cannot answer all possible requests in short time (small company).

Last week, the Nord website changed servers. Should be good to go as of now, but there are still a few kinks being actively ironed out. For example, the White Grand is unavailable to download as of now. Shoot any other bug reports to support@americanmusicandsound.com if you are in the United States.
