Man, its just a piano. Maybe two, one CP70 for the lick and some steinway for comping, and some discrete pad if you want it. Not a big deal.

Agreed, it has a bit of a honky tonk feel to it but nothing crazy.

I think this migtht be the CP70 Layer over (or Honk Tonk if you like more). But think this like a layer otherwise will be little odd, since there is an old Jon's live recording is playing acoustic piano.

I recommend you to get acquainted with different pianos and effects. Just play around with settings and you will find a suitable sound in no time. The sound does not have to be an exact representation of what you get on Bon Jovi's record. In contrast to that, you can make a sound that you like. And you will be more prepared to make changes to it in case you (or your bandmates) think it needs some adjusting.
