V2 music stand,,,
Hello to all,,, purchased the V2 stand and really like it,,, any ideas on a case/bag/ etc,,, using the cardboard box now but it won’t last,,,,thanx!!!!

There are several topics already what to use (flightcase or (soft)bag) for your instrument. Also depends if you are going to travel (a lot) with it.

I think he refers to a case-bag for the music stand specifically. It's true that it is quite big, I use bags with large pockets that can hold all the accessories (music stand, several pedals, cables, music books etc.
The Nord bag has a huge front pocket but the material is not very resistant, if you load it with heavy objects like pedals and music stand, it will start to wear out after a few months.
I've had a much better experience with the Gator G-PG series, best soft bag I've ever used!
Another option is to put the stand inside the main compartment together with the keyboard, but ONLY if the knobs and buttons are well protected...you don't want a big chunk of metal flying around your precious Nord! For example, I found it's ok if you put the keyboard inside the bag with its dust cover on (old model, relatively thick and rigid fabric), or if you use a thick plastic sheet to wrap the keyboard inside the case, and then place the music stand on top of it.
