It is as simple a drag and drop + click on generate NSMP. You should give it a try.

I agree, try it out with the Nord Sample Editor. most blues is mixolydian so the comment above of using the 4th degree of the scale you are playing in is accurate if the tune (blues or not) is in fact mixolydian...
