I'm glad you corrected me - I didn't pay enough attention. Would have been quite frustrating for taliaaharon!pterm wrote:A small correction:
The above is true for the newer Nords but back in the E3 times, they used the C7/C8:

Re: Taking a Nord Electro 3 Overseas- Voltage Conversion
The 5x20mm fuse size is the European Standard. There's also the slightly larger 1/4" x 1-1/4" (6.3 mm x 32 mm) North American standard."taliaaharon"So I’m deciding to change the voltage inside the keyboard by flipping the switch from 115 to 230 and swapping the fuse. I bought the 125mA slow blow fuse but the one I purchased is very small. I just want to check in and see if it is still okay to use.
The fuse holder on the Nord may accept both. I can't confirm this because the manufacturer of the fuse holder makes Euro, North American, and combo versions. --They all look the same from the outside.
Pablomastodon of this forum was the North American repair tech:
He said it accepts both:

So it looks promising that either size works.
Please be sure you disconnect the power cord from the mains wall socket when swapping fuses (or test fitting your new fuse).

I looked up what I believe is the fuse holder used on Nord Electro 3: https://www.schurter.com/datasheet/FAUpterm wrote:So it looks promising that either size works.
The barrel-shaped housing part can accept either fuse size (this must be what Pablomastodon meant) but I believe it requires the correct cartridge to insert the fuse.
This is the 5 x 20mm cartridge (part number = 0031.1663):

My Electro 3HP has one that's definitely different and for the 6.3 x 32mm version (0031.1666 ):
