Hi

I have recently noticed on my Nord Piano 4 that the middle D key is not as loud when you play it as those of keys around it. I am not sure what has caused this. What do I need to do to get the issue resolved?

One possibility is that the sensor beneath the key is dirty or has debris. If you're handy with tools and comfortable voiding your warranty, disassembly and compressed air is the usual first approach. Or, if you have a competent tech in your area, have them do it.

Have you found a fix to this?...I have the opposite issue with one key - it is noticeable louder than the others around it...?
