Re: Comfortably NUMB (Pink Floyd) - Refrain & Chorus wanted
Any luck with that? I found this post: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4209 that has a good one for NS2. I used the tool from our good friend @florence to understand the settings and replicate on NS3. Tool is here: nord-stage-3-programs-ns3p-ns3pb-files-f32/ns3-program-viewer-t19939.html
Still, I can't get to the same sounds since the NS2 was using a couple of samples I don't have. I selected similar ones, but may not be as good. Give it a try! And share if you get to a good one. If i get this one better I will share here.

In the meantime, I suggest you try the samples used for the original ns2 program (as I believe you already translated the NS2 parameters to the NS3 with the help of the Viewer) ?
Waiting for your feedback !

Re: Comfortably NUMB (Pink Floyd) - Refrain & Chorus wanted
I converted the samples and created the Program for NS3. Attached the whole package. Still I don't think I'm getting it right like in the NS3, but didn't spend too much time. There is something with the "latch" on the NS2 that I don't know how that translates to the NS3. Also, I don't have "sostenuto" pedal, since I don't have the 3 pedal from Nord. Too bad I cannot configure that on the NS3, there is no Sostenuto configuration. So if you don't have the 3 pedal from Nord I think you cannot achieve the Sostenuto with any other pedal. Am I right?

hi
+1 wondering how Mr Nord would explain how to do that with the NS3 !
just remarked that the NS2 also had a switch input called Rotor/Latch pedal. On the NS3 this pedal input is still present but only for Rotor...

Is the “latch” the same as a Sostenuto? Or what is it?

Re: Comfortably NUMB (Pink Floyd) - Refrain & Chorus wanted
In the NS2 documentation the Triple Pedal description says:
The middle Nord Triple Pedal is the Sostenuto/Latch pedal.
So I guess yes latch is the same as Sostenuto...
What is missing on the NS3:
Latch Ped & KB Gate
The Latch Pedal feature allows you to latch arpeggios in the synth, sustain chords or individual notes on selected instruments by operating a pedal, without affecting other instruments or the functionality of the sustain pedal. The Latch is activated for the individual instruments by holding Shift and pressing the right Octave (Latch Ped) button; the On LED lights up. This behaves like the sostenuto functionality on a grand piano; only the keys that are pressed down when the pedal is activated will sustain.
If you use a Nord Triple Pedal, the center pedal on that unit will be the designated latch pedal. A standard sustain pedal connected to the Ro- tor/Latch input can also be used. If you use the Rotor/Latch input, you need to change a setting in the System Menu, read more about this on “Rotor/Latch Pedal Func” on page 42.
The KBGATE feature allows you to disable an instrument from being triggered by the keyboard, for as long as the latch pedal is operated.
