Re: Nord Electro 7, what features do people want?
no no no, never ever more focus on the synth. The electro within the range of all nords is the „perfect organ clone plus excellent piano, easy to carry“. That‘s why I love it. So if I had to improve the electro 6D I only would give it a piano sustain half-mode or even continous function, three or four adjustable velocity curves and whatever memory increase is possible for finest piano samples. Keep it simple, light and at a good price level. All others may rather choose a Stage. Stay healthy everybody.

A modulator wheel and Nord pitch bender wobbly thingy would be nice. Just saying...

I am hoping to have SIRI on board on the next upgrade and have SIRI do the programming and sampling.. Might as well do the playing too.

Re: Nord Electro 7, what features do people want?
I'd like the option of an 88 key electro, it would still lack the synth functionality but it would make it a whole lot more attractive for a (formerly mostly) piano player.

„Hey Nord, program a Guetta lead.“
„Your new program „s*** techno crap synth“ is available in slot P:25.“

Re: Nord Electro 7, what features do people want?
I'd like to echo what others have said regarding the Leslie being tied to the amp sim/overdrive. The Leslie is essential to the organ and the amp/sim overdrive is essential to the electric piano (and is very useful with the sample section). I understand the whole thing with drawing a line between the Stage and the Electro, but this is FAR below that line and it really needs to be corrected.
Regarding the clav, it's been woefully neglected (and somewhat reversed) while the organ and piano have been greatly improved over the years. What about a new and improved clavinet for both the Stage and the Electro?

Hi all,
I hope that the future Electo will have a pitch bend and a MIDI channel setting at the output selectable per channel.
Oh yes !!! that will be good.

How about a metronome I get to fast sometimes and could use the beat to get back on track
