I'm very embarrassed. I have a problem with a touch of my north electro 5 73. This keyboard is in perfect condition, no shock, use in studio. This is the touch b3. Sometimes it's silent but sometimes it works but the velocity works badly. This happens with all samples. When I use sounds like strings, it’s less boring but with piano sounds when it works, the sound is very low. I think it’s a mechanical velocity problem. What do you think? Did someone have this problem? Can we find on the Web a tutorial to dismantle the N.E 5? Thank you for your advice.

Excuse me. I forgot to specify that with the organ sounds the key works perfectly unlike the piano sounds where it does not work at all or with a very weak sound

Not shure if I understood the problem. But it could be about dirt or dust stuck on that key's velocity sensor. Look at these topics:
