Forum rules
How to get the MP3-Player:
Upload a MP3 file where you play some notes using your sample.
Click the "PLACE INLINE" button after uploading the MP3 sample in order to automatically create a Flash MP3 player in your post!

Hi funkyfingers,

I think if you take the brass sound on the Nord site called "Synth Brass Layer AW stereo 2.0" by applying a filter to reduce the bright side of the sound, you should get closer to the Prince sound. the sound can be downloaded here: https://www.nordkeyboards.com/sound-libraries/nord-sample-library-20/synth

For the sound of string machine can be the "CE20 Strings BR mono 2.0" downloadable here: https://www.nordkeyboards.com/sound-libraries/nord-sample-library-20/analog-strings
