got a new electro 6d today. When turning the list value for the different sounds know it got stuck on one sound and none of the buttons worked. Turned it off and on and get a message formatting storage and its stuck. Tried to restart several times and same message. Please help

An update. It did finally load up after 5 or 6 times turning it on and off. Lost all the samples sounds. Hooked up a laptop and was able to restore the sounds back. But am not sure why a brand new keyboard froze like that. Am talking to proaudiostar about that whether to return and get another one or not. Wonder if anyone else has this issue where the keyboard just froze on a sound and then tried to format...

I think there are possibly some combination of keys you can hold down to make it reset on boot.

If your board has a stuck key intermittently, it could cause an issue like this.
