Nord wood stand V2

Sweetwater and other retailers are listing a V2 version of the wooden Stand, AMS-NWKS-V2. I just bought one through Musicians Friend for my Grand but it is listed as the original version. Curious if there is any difference, like compatibility with the Grand, with the V2 model?
