Different height of keys
Hallo, after some time i realized, that some of my keys on Nord Grand are not in the same height. And some of them are weirdly positioned. Is it normal?

I also had this issue/question and after some great support from Pablo (our US nord rep) and a lot of reading here's what I learned.
No it is not normal.
All white keys should be precise to the same height within about a business card thickness of variation.
All black keys should also be level across all black key which is tough to see but you can use a straight edge.
Keys should also be level when depressed. If you pay CDEFG and hold they should be equal too, such as the E should not be lower than its neighboring keys.
Mine was pretty bad upper most ABD each were far lower than all other keys and I'm exchanging it. It then made me curious, so when i was at my local shop I looked at various other brands of keyboards and saw many keys far more out of level then mine which was interesting. None the less when I pay $3,500+ on an instrument I expect perfection (or really close) hahah I still absolutely love Nord and still will stick with them only as this is an easy fix to swap out.
