Nord C2D audio glitch

Hello people, i have been experiencing an audio glitch with my C2D. its intermittent but i managed to record it, please listen here in dropbox -

I have tried reinstalling the latest operating system, reinstalling factory setup, not using expression pedals, testing headphone and L R outputs, but the problem remains... any thorts??
