Hello

I brought my Nord to repair shop. There just was 1 knob totally broken off... they have installled a real nice new knob.

Now I am playing again, but...

3 knobs and their buttons are broken( not as in broke off, but they just don’t work)they don’t respond anymore... I hope this will just be a loose wire or plug onder the hood? Anybody knows this?

sounds to me like you've been fleeced by a cowboy repair shop. nothing should be failing or broken when handed to you. I really am sorry you're going through this.

So, it came back less-functional than when you dropped it off for repair?

Yes less functional.


The shop said to bring it ASAP.

They will send it again to the service center( I hope Nord) to set things right.
