Hey Nord Users!
Have an issue with my NL4 in all Performances: The slots A-D show all Program 1.1 when Holding the button, though the sounds are different. From my NL2x I´m used to see the allocated programs behind like A=1.19, B=2.14...
Even if I create a new Performance with different programs and storing it, after switching of and on the NL4 all slots are 1.1 again, though the Sound remains as stored.
Strange but can anybody help?
Thanks a lot!

Hi JSchmidt1981,
We had the same question. Since it doesn't seem that logical and user friendly. This is a quote of the answer from one of the Clavia support guys, hope that helps:
"...I believe the design is such that a Slot can be saved to the Program banks, specifiying a location, but that the “reference” is then broken. I.e. the Performance is not referencing/loading a Slot from the Program banks, when the Performance is loaded and has no “memory” of the Store operation that you did earlier..."
Still, don't think this is very handy - especially not when designing sounds...

Same thing on the A1. I'll hear a sound in a performance slot and think, "Hmmm... I wonder what program that is?" 1.1 every time! LOL
However, I love slot copy/paste on the A1. Works great.

No. Maybe there are different versions or it's depending on firmware, but on my A1, when the slot is been copied from program, it keeps showing this program number. Even when I edit the slot or the program which was source for this slot. To be honest it makes sense only when you don't edit the slot or the corresponding program.kelpchofs wrote:Same thing on the A1. I'll hear a sound in a performance slot and think, "Hmmm... I double-checked and have to reverse my position. Perhaps I got my impression from copying Program 1.1 to slots! Thank you for the correction.
One thing I love about the A1 is the independence between programs and programs in performances.
