I just noticed that there's a new Nord soft case available.
https://www.thomann.de/it/clavia_nord_s ... ro_hp.htm#
It's listed for the Electro HP models, but as the size and weight of the HPs are nearly identical to those of the 73 SW models, it will work fine for those too. And it combines the two features I like the most about Nord cases: the light weight and backpack straps of the Electro/Lead cases, together with the large pocket of the 88-key models!
The Electro/Lead bags are so practical with their light weight and multiple carrying options (handle, shoulder strap, backpack straps), but I always hated the tiny pocket which is essentially useless (so you need to carry an additional bag for cables, pedals and other accessories), while the 76-88 cases are huge, heavy, cumbersome to move (only a single side handle) and honestly not worth it for what they cost: for that price and weight and un-portability, I'll get a hard case instead.
This new bag seems to give us the best of both worlds!

Re: New Electro HP soft case
This is veeeery interesting!
PS: not sure if the internal dimensions are too large for the SW73 models (depth in particular, width should still be the same, anyway with some added padding it should be fine)

Re: New Electro HP soft case
Yes the HP models are about 5cm deeper than the waterfall versions, but it doesn't look like a deal breaker: width and height are about the same, weight too (1-2 kgs difference), so I think this bag will work for the SW models too. Worst case scenario, just add a 5cm strip of foam at the bottom of the bag for even more protection!

Re: New Electro HP soft case
Perhaps it’s a reissue of the original HP bag that Nord used to make a few years ago. I had one and it was a nice light bag, although not super protective. I replaced it with a Gator ProGo which was the same weight but better padding.
Customer demand possibly brought it back?

Re: New Electro HP soft case
Is that new? I have an identical looking bag to that. It was called the Nord 76/HP, and I got it used about a year ago. I use it for my E5d 73, and find it perfect for car transport. I also have the 73 soft case, but I just like the 76's big pocket for fitting pedals and stuff. In fact, before I got a gator case for my NLA1, I would sometimes transport both keyboards in it - the NLA1 fits in that front pocket (but for reasons I won't go in to here, I no longer recommend that!)

Just get a fusion bags case and be done with it. It's better and the customer service is great!
