Low Output Signal
I recently purchased a used Nord Drum and there is barely any audio output. I have the volume knob on the unit maxed out, the input gain on my audio interface maxed out, and the headphone volume on my audio interface maxed out. The output is barely audible. I have tried different inputs, headphones, and cables. I updated the OS and reinstalled the SysEx factory sound bank but I am still having the issue. From what I can tell (after reading the manual and playing with it for a bit) the unit is otherwise functioning properly. Any suggestions?

Re: Low Output Signal
I figured it out. It wasn't the unit after all. I had a compressor plugged into the inserts of my audio interface. The compressor was shut off and for whatever reason, it was attenuating any audio signals routed through the inputs of the audio interface. Once I removed the connections from the inputs, I could hear the Nord Drum. Thank you!
