A1: Storing Performance as Programs
The manual is clear about Programs and Performances using different memory. It also describes how a Performance can be converted to Programs. If Performance Slots are different than Program Slots, what happens to the Program Slots when you do this? Are the Program Slots overwritten? Or are they transferred to the Program Slot edit buffers (meaning you can save them anywhere you like, if you choose).

Re: A1: Storing Performance as Programs
I never tried this (don't understand why it would be useful) but it would be my guess that this operation would overwrite the data in 4 consecutive program slots. Copying the program slots to a Performance, or editing the individual slots in a Performance is my personal workflow.
