Re: Good accordion sounds
Well, there are several accordion samples on the Nord web site which I use quite regularly. You may want to spend some time shaping them: attack, release, effects, etc.
I am happy with the results. I use accordion on maybe 6-8 tunes across different bands.
That being said, I'd suggest you use them sparingly. The bellow effects of a REAL accordion are quite unique, and the Nord can't approach those.
As far as instructions to download them into the keyboard, please review the standard Nord documentation. It's not hard at all.

Re: Good accordion sounds
One suggestion.....to add more "fullness", I assign an accordian sample to both slot A and B, set one an octave higher, and mod wheel morph the volume on one of them to customize the sound I want for the song.

Re: Good accordion sounds
As an accordionist, I would just add that the most realistic way to play the accordion sounds would be to have no velocity sensitivity, and just use the wheel/pedal to control overall volume (a bit like an organ sound). That would be how the accordion would work. Good fun though!

I use aftertouch on some patches to add the dynamics.
The Nord giveth; the Nord taketh away…

I once created an Accordeon sound with no samples that you can find here (amongst others):
