New Nord Vox Farfisa Library

Postby HokieKev » 02 Jul 2019, 23:31

I downloaded and installed the new Vox Farfisa Library. I am curious as to the fact that there is a split at C below middle C for a few patches like duo and Rotary and that at 2 Cs below middle C the notes actually repeat - in other words 2 Bs below middle C is the same frequency/tone as 3 Bs below middle C. Is that intentional and if so, why?

Yes. It replicates the behavior of the original instrument(s). There's a PDF released alongside the programmes (which, if I recall correctly, was released a good few years back) that will tell you more.

For others, the sounds and description can be found here
