Hello, i Write here to know if someone of you ever had a similar issue on the nord wave:
While i am playing a performance (but even When i dont and the keyboard is on) the display shows that the release parameters are changing independently without me interacting with the keyboard. I guess it is a physical issue of the machine. I really hope that someone of you can help. Thanks SarĂ

Re: release chances parameters indipenently
Hi Sara,
Are those different parameters that are changing or is it always the same parameter? If it is always the same, then it is likely that a poti or a knob needs to be cleaned or exchanged. Should be no big thing.

Hi Sara,
If it is always the same release parameter that changes without touching it, then it is likely that this poti needs to be cleaned or exchanged. Should be no big thing. You can probably provoke the failure be giving the keyboards gentle hits with the hand somewhere.

Hello Eumel, i can read in the display the release parameter changing from 68ms to 80ms, just to make an example, and so on. it continues sometime for a couple of times.
Always different parameters. It could be, provoking it with a little hit but this happens even when the keyboard is on but no one is touching it or playing it.
Thanks you very Much for these infotmation, Sara

Re: release chances parameters indipenently
HI Sara, as Eumel says it is probably a faulty potentiometer (the Release one) that needs cleaning or replacing (if you cannot do this yourself you should contact the official service, via see eko Music Group website)
As a temporary workaround, if you don't need to change it while playing then put it to 0 (full left) before turning the NW on and leave it there.
