Electro 6D very low output on piano patches
I've reinstalled the operating system and performed all the updates to no avail. The output is not what it should be. Anyone else experience this? Sorry I'm not a keyboard player and I'm not very technically proficient at this sort of thing. Trying to learn lol! Thanks

There is a very high probability that the issue is downstream from your keyboard: cables, etc. Perhaps you could describe the entire signal chain?
I think I have gear issues ....

Mogami cables into a Tascam model 24 mixer/recorder. I have to crank up the preamp and the channel fader as well as the volume on the keyboard much more than I should have to.

Just to be sure, you're aware that there is a separate volume control for the piano section?
