Hello!
I actually found out about this forum in January from my new Electro 6D printed manual!
I had piano lessons as a kid but from my teen years onwards it was all about the electric guitar. Then around 2001 I joined a band where was asked to play keys, too. I had to buy a board! I went throug a few big name entry level synths, until an Electro 2 felt just right. It was all I needed, easy to transport, no deep menu diving, just set and play!
This year it finally was time to update. With the 6D I love the acoustic pianos, it's added versatility and its limitations, too! And from this forum I have learned many tips e.g. how to layer sounds and make a synth sound interesting without a pitch bend and a mod wheel.
