Nors sound manager ...NSP3 ... sound editor ?

Hi,
Got an NSP3 file i wont to reorganize , samples to different keys , is it possible to do it as the Sound editor is not compatible ?
If Yes ..How :?:

You cannot edit .nsmp or .nsmp3 files. If you wish to rearrange the order of the samples within the file, you need the Sample Editor project that generated it.

The only workaround is to re-sample the sounds and create a new project.
