I can not understand why not many people are upset about it. Yesterday I spent several hours with soft (string) sounds with slow attack and longer release.
It's a shame how the sound here is cut off frequently.

I really wanted to replace my old Electro 3 with the Stage this year. But with this quirk the part goes back again. My old electro has a much better voice-handling,especially since the polyphony is lower here !

I'm still waiting for one update. If that does not fix the bug - adios Stage

I do a lot of string work on the Stage 3 and haven't run into this issue, nor have I personally been able to replicate it after upgrading to 2.10, at least not yet. Maybe that's why more people aren't upset about it? It might be an edge case.
