I have gone through this forum and found a similar post from 2015, but it didn't cover certain issues I'm having. I've tried using a factory reset and I seem to still have this problem: When I open Sound Manager without an external ssd plugged in (that I used to use for storing the additional sounds I downloaded), it says Error 2 Directory Not Found. I don't use any of the programs off the external ssd anymore, so I'm not sure why I'm having this problem.
