Re: Triple Pedal « release and catch » behavior
Considering the whole team are probably on holidays right now I wouldn't expect an answer until the first or second week of 2019, unless somebody decides to come in and work holidays!

Thanks God I'm not alone, it's, of course, part of the realism and beyond that, the ressonance in 2.0 OS still it's in a very low volume (maybe because of it??).

This may be the cause, depending on your play style.
The resonance level may be the same, but as it is always 100% killed at every slight pedal up movement, the perceived resonance is lower (and less rich).

Yes make sense. Let pray for beeing possible to correct this through OS.gatzou wrote:This may be the cause, depending on your play style.

A part of a dinamics playing style depends on it! Some chords transitions only be cool with this, some legatos only can be made using this, there is absolutely no sense to take it off, it's like a trully, assumed downgrade on the instrument.

Re: Pedal « release and catch » behavior
Was it ever there on the Stage 3? I thought it was not ever there, from some reports here.

Not yet tested, but according to Nord website, this is fixed with the last NS3 OS update v2.02 :
“Sustain pedal "catch" functionality did not properly work for pianos. Fixed.”

Re: Pedal « release and catch » behavior
I loved that clavia make the catch and release work on 2.02! Great! But I also would like to share, in my experience, two things that could be updated, always, if possible.
1 - the volume of remmaing sustained sounds is much lower than it was previously on other Nord Keyboards, so please nord increase or increase ressonant volume or both, so the piano sound could be ever more sonic!
2 - The time to release and catch is so fast, so fast that it's almost impossible to do it naturally, without let the "catched" notes gone, at least with Nord Triple Pedal. Maybe you guys could try some real Uprights or Grands to check how it's works naturally.
And that's all!
