Hi,
I'm trying to send MIDI notes to the ND2 but it is not triggering the channels.
I'm sending notes via a USB to MIDI cable that is registering MIDI output. I am playing a sequence of C4's (number 60) which should trigger channel 1.
Also I'm using logic, the external MIDI track is set on channel 10.
I've read some forums and the manual but haven't been able to find an awnser.
Help would be great,
cheers

Re: Triggering ND2 with MIDI notes from computer (need help)
Hello!
I would first double check if the Global MIDI channel on the ND2 is indeed 10 and note number for channel 1 is 60, but I bet you already did that. Secondly, note 60 could be C4 or C3, depending on which standard is used (Yamaha or Roland), try if note C3 does work. If you checked all that, perhaps the MIDI interface 'cable' is not ok, which MIDI interface do you use?
Cheers,
Albert
