Hello.
Excuse me but I'm not very good in English. I bought a North Electro 5 and I am delighted with this keyboard. But I would like to connect with MIDI the North in master keyboard to drive a Roland BK5 (arranger).
Without using arranger part, signal is being received by the Roland BK5
When I'm using to use the arranger part (rythm, bass etc) the musical accompaniment don't change. It stay on the same chord.
I can't solve it ; someone else has found the same problem with a Roland BK5 or BK7m ?

Hi Welcome! English is fine
I do not know how the the Roland arranger works, but I wonder if it is expecting messages sent in a specific MIDI channel that is not what your Nord is set currently?

Thank you Mr_G. The possibilities of setting midi are quite limited on the Nord and I fear that I can not use the BK5 as arranger...

get a MIDI processor to bridge the two devices.
