Postby Katiecoriel » 20 Nov 2018, 19:30

Hello norders! Some weeks ago i bought a used nord electro 5d 61 keys.Yesterday in band's rehearsal , when i was going to put keyboard on it's stand , i've heard something bouncing inside the keyboard , like something broke inside and moving around. When i looked under the keyboard i saw that there were 3 ''holes'' that didn't have any screw. Is this how it should be or some screws are missing and fell into the keyboard somewhow? Can nord electro 5d 61/73 keys users answer because i saw that every nord model (electro 2 or 3 for exaple) has different holes.Hope you can understand something from the photo that i post! :P Thanks for your time guys! https://ibb.co/bAFN5V

Hi Katie,

Those are mounting holes for optional half moon switch accessory. No cause for concern there. Chances are what you are hearing is a tiny bit of plastic broken away from a key, which probably looks something like this:

However, just in case this thing bouncing around in there is metal, you will want to have that checked out to make sure. Your best bet will be to contact the dealer from which you bought it for advice on that.

bless, pablo
