Today at a rehearsal .... suddenly my Wheel at my NS3c stopped working.
Doesn't matter what I programmed to morph with it ....... or tried to programm it again ......... it simply stopped working.
Back at home I went back to OS 1.46 ......... and it worked again. (I first thought it would be a hardware problem).

So seems also a problem of OS 1.52.
Did anybody else have this experienced ?

Well man, let me guess.. Compact?? Well known issue!
Seems to be the Famous NS3C Factory flat cable bad assemblage.
You'll have to open the keyboard and reconect it, and try something that tight up the flat cable conector.
There are a coulple of posts here about it... Don't worry you will find a way to fix it

Well first I tought the same ...... that it would be a Hardware Problem..... bad cable assembling, because I read it somewhere here.
But as written .... I downgraded to OS 1.46 because of the sustained note problem...... then the Wheel worked again.
Now back to OS 1.52 ...... the Wheel still works.
So there also seems to be a bug at OS 1.52 regarding the Wheel. It works first .... but then stopps working in the middle of playing.

Very very unlikely to have anything to do with the firmware. Almost 100% that its a hardware problem. Its most likely a loose connection on the wheel cable. If it was a bug, then turning the unit off and on would clear the issue which you indicated didn't happen.

maybe a bad contact, can came and goes very quickly.
Stay alert. if happens again you can check the flat cable if look in the same level of keys, in some specific key (that I don't remenber which is) if is disassambled

Is there a manual of video how to open the Stage 3 Compact?
I don‘t know wich screws ?

Maybe there are a couple of videos out there, but will be easy to find a Nord Stage 2 compact one and will help sameway.
But, it's just look to the screws to figure which one are them. I guess they an hex screw 3 or 4 (maybe 5) not sure. Very easy to find out there. But, if you are not used to open things, you should bring it to someone more experienced.

Compact 2 and 3 is the same to Open ?

i found the connector, looking from C2 into the keys i See everything is connect perfect.

Then you can lift the Panel together with the side covers.

You were absolutely right. It was accidentely that the wheel worked again after going back to OS 1.46.
I touched the plug (you can see it behind the C2 key). By touching the plug (with some long small tool) the wheel only changed a third of the value as it was setup. So there seems something wrong with the plug.
Then I decided to open it to check the plug. The plug seems to fit the right way. I removed it several times ..... and it seems to work now...... well I have to watch it if it stays like that.

This is a factory defect and you will find that the problem will keep returning unless it is fixed correctly. You are entitled to warranty service to correct this hardware defect. Contact your dealer or the German distributor for advice on where to go to have this done for you under warranty.

It has NOTHING to do with OS updates.
