Note off problem with Novation SL MkIII

hi, first post

just got Novation SL MKIII which is great but when using to send midi to NS3 i get infinite notes i.e. there does not seem to be a note off message. If i use another hardware sequencer such as Squarp Pyramid all is fine. I see from another post this could be known in 1.52, but rollong back to 1.46 might work. An advivce would be appreciaietd and also how do I get a down load of 1.46?
