ABC Soft Button ???

ABC Soft Button ???
I just bought my NS3 and as I am reading the manual it tells you to go to page 28 to see how to store an edited voice in a different location and give it a new name. It mentions an ABC and Ins soft button but I just do see those buttons in the keyboard ? Does anybody know how to access them ?

“Soft button” is the UI design term for a button usually set alongside others by a big display, and whose function changes in software depending upon the context, with whatever it does being shown in the main display.

Press Shift+Store and you will see the soft buttons in the discplay
