Leave update mode

Dear fiends,
I am an amateur musician and have a NL3 for 10 years, without problems. The NL3 is in my house, I play it sometimes (I have little time), never was in a stage or in another place.

The last week when I turned it on, the NL was in update mode (?) showing the message "ready to receive" and all its lights off. Surprised, my first idea was turned it off and on again, and done it, but the udpate mode remain. My O.S. is 1.2 version.... the last for NL3, and dont need updates.

Clavia resend my emails to the spanish customer support, but them didnt give me a solution yet.

Try to connect it to the PC and re-upload the Operating System; anyway if your NL3 got to this state it is not a good sign, there may be some problem with the Flash memory holding the OS data.

Max is correct. Reload OS.

thanks guys.. I tried reload the OS but the clavia soft doesnt find my NL3...

:roll: So you tried for the last 2 years and no progress...?
Well at this point... contact Nord distributor in Spain and ask for official assistance, what you should have done 2 years ago.
