Hello!
I have been using the sample editor a lot lately and i notticed that i wanted to layer 2 samples at the same time. It's not possible since you can only layer up to 3 different sound engines on the Electro 6 (organ, piano, sample synth) only once. So i was wondering if i could export or convert my sample as .npno and another sample as .nsmp so i can layer 2 samples at the same time. What do you think?!
Best Regards.

Re: Export as .npno from Sample Editor?
Sadly it is not possible to create .npno files with the sample editor.

Hi Mr_-G-!
Thanks for your answer!
Eh, I'm afraid I'll have to assign and loop 61 different samples from the beginning including my second sound to be layered as well in the .Wav file for the Sample Editor?
Omg, it can't be that frustrating can it?!

The Electro model it's not the best sampler...
It was created to emulate the most popular electromechanic instruments. The sample player it's a plus!

Re: Export as .npno from Sample Editor?
you can create anything you want in your source .wav files, then import them into Nord Sample Editor. Just have to do the most of the "heavy work" before you get to the Nord freeware...

Re: Export as .npno from Sample Editor?
If you want to layer samples you can do that by playing the sounds simultanious in a DAW. Depending on what kind of sound it is, you can record smaller or bigger intervals. And than export it as one wavfile.
The wavfile can than be imported to the sample editor and be used as a source for your sample.
