Not a new idea but neither Nord or other brands ever made such an instrument, ask yourself why... (and give yourself the answer/s)

Just glue a Roland A90 to a Stage 3 compact like everyone else!

However, I think Nord are missing a trick by not making lower manual controllers for the Electro/Stage series the way Hammond do for the XK5. As it is the Dual Keyboard functionality just invites you to buy keyboards from their competitors.

I know the idea of weighted lower, SW upper dual manual might be a niche thing, and maybe the market's not there (it is, but ok maybe it's not (but it is)). But forgetting about the weighted bit, I'm looking at a second rig now, and I don't want to fork out for nor have to schlep 2 new keyboards. I'm liking the DMC-122+gemini. Nord have a chassis and the engines. I only asked how cool it would be, I'd put it significantly above fair to middling.

Well if you drop the weighted keys requirement then the game changes quite a lot and there are already instruments like that around, the DSI DMC122 w/ Gemini expansion that you also mention, the Hammond Sk2, ... so in that case I would agree that Nord may consider making the next “Nord Cxx” more features rich, like a dual manual Electro at least.
